Oh, god, really? That's so awesome! How'd you figure out how to do it?

[Meanwhile, Teddy gives her a once over. His head says "yes, I think she's attractive", as his card says he ought to. But he's just... not feeling it. And he's beginning to suspect why.]

How? [ She's quiet for a moment. ] I just happened to manage it yesterday. It was easy to do it again once I realized what I'd done.

Uh... Hey, sorry if this sounds kind of weird, but - could you do it again? I've got to see it again.

Oh, but by the way, what name did that card give you? If you got one, anyway.

Saten Rouge

Saten.

[ And no sooner does she say it than she sinks backwards, the shadow behind her temporarily taking on a darker shade as she disappears into it before going back to normal.

Less than a second later, the shadow to Teddy's other side grows dark, and a moment later Saten steps out of it as if nothing happened. ]

Saten? I'm -

[And then she seems to disappear. Teddy stares, his mouth hanging open just slightly, and he only manages to take a step before his own shadow grows darker out of the corner of his eye, making him look -

And there she is again. He grins once more; it really is like watching a super hero do what they do best.]

Like that. You're amazing, Saten! Oh, and I'm Teddy. At least, that's what the card said about me.

Of course. Like I said it's only natural for me. [ Sob, ego is what. ]

I haven't yet had anything to disprove my card.
