[It when she's quiet that Luke starts to slowly calm down. His arms lower slightly, at least enough to show his eyes, which are fixed on the ground below him. He can't tell if that woman's left yet, and he'd rather not check.

Maybe if she went a little slower, he might a bit more open to the idea of going with her. Right now, it's mostly the fact that she's female, and thus reminds him of his mother, that he's even calming down slightly.]

[With most people, Luke would probably just shy away more, cry, only want attention from the people he's recently grown attached to. The people who aren't here, save for maybe Guy. Where are they? Where are they?

But something about this woman makes him calm down a little. He takes in a hiccuping breath, and his eyes finally glance up at her. Is she a safe person? Not someone he knows. But...]
